    1. Delivery Policy

    We ensure every product is fabricated to your specifications before it leaves our lab.

    • Pre-Delivery Verification: Before dispatch, we will send you a full video of your product. We only deliver once you are happy with the quality.
    • Shipping Rates:
      • Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of 80 BDT (1–2 business days).
      • Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of 150 BDT (3–5 business days).
    • Processing Time: Since products are custom-made or 3D printed, please allow time for fabrication as discussed during your order.

    2. Refund & Return Policy

    We stand by our craftsmanship and offer refunds for manufacturing errors.

    • Eligibility: Refunds are only provided for fabrication defects, printing gaps, or structural issues made by us.
    • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for cracks, breaks, or any issues caused by the customer after delivery.
    • Return Timelines:
      • Inside Bangladesh: You must report defects within 2 days of delivery.
      • Outside Bangladesh: You must report defects within 15 days of delivery.
    • Refund Method: Once the defect is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
